The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme is a government initiative in Great Britain that aims to reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty. The scheme runs from April 2022 to March 2026 and is designed to help low-income and vulnerable households by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
After your property has had the free survey, we can give you a full report of what equipment you are going to receive under the grant, this can include: Solar PV Panels, High Heat Retention Electric Heaters, Air Source Heat Pump, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, or a full first time central heating system.
You can be a Private Tenant, Home Owner or Landlord/Property Owner. The property should have an EPC Rate (Energy Performance Certificate) of D - E - F - G - NO EPC & have no Mains Gas supply.
